An HR chatbot for your employees' questions
The agent answers everyday questions on leave, remote work, health cover or expense claims from your own documents, cites the one its answer comes from and alerts your HR team when an employee wants to talk to someone.

The HR questions that come back every month
Leave, health cover, expense claims, remote work: the same questions occupy your HR team all year long, while the answers are in your agreements and your internal rules.
The same questions come back with every holiday season, every new hire and every new agreement. The answers are written down, but spread across the company agreement, the internal rules and the onboarding guide. The agent finds them for the employee, at any hour, and your HR team keeps its time for personal situations, which call for a conversation.
Visitor: How many days of remote work am I entitled to?

Agent: Up to two days a week, to be agreed with your manager.

What the agent does
- Answers from your company agreement, your internal rules and your onboarding guide.
- Cites the document the answer comes from.
- Notifies your HR team by email, with a link to the conversation, when an employee asks to speak to someone.
- Keeps its documents to itself: your other agents cannot see them.
What the agent does not do
- The widget does not tell the agent which employee is writing: it knows neither their leave balance nor their situation, and answers from the general rules.
- A scanned PDF is not read: the agent only reads the text of your documents, not images. Import the text version of your agreements.
- Files in .doc, .ppt and .pptx are not accepted: save your documents as PDF or Word (.docx) before importing them.
- Starting point
- A blank agent, fed with your HR documents.
- What you plug in
- Your agreements, rules and internal guides, the widget on your intranet and WhatsApp.
- Plan and channels
- The Free plan is enough to try it, with one agent on your intranet. From the Pro plan, the HR agent keeps its documents beside your agents for customers or IT, and WhatsApp is added.
Setting it up, in four steps
Start from a blank agent
Write its mission in a few sentences: whom it answers, on which topics, and what it must send on to the HR team.
Import your HR documents
Company agreement, internal rules, onboarding guide, remote work policy, as PDF or Word. Only this agent sees them: your customer-facing agents have no access to them.
Set the handover
Pick the members of your workspace who make up the HR team: they get an email with a link to the conversation when an employee asks to talk to someone.
Publish on your intranet
Paste the widget's script on your intranet, and allow only its domains. WhatsApp comes with the Pro plan, for the teams who do not work at a computer.
Frequently asked questions
Does the HR chatbot have access to employees' personal data?
No. It only reads the documents you give it, and the widget does not tell it which employee is writing. It therefore answers on the rules — how many days of remote work, how to file an expense claim — and not on one person's situation.
Can my other agents read the HR documents?
No. Each imported document belongs to a single agent: an agent facing your customers does not see your internal agreements, even in the same workspace.
What happens with a sensitive question?
A no-code flow can start on keywords you choose, such as “harassment” or “sick leave”, and hand straight over to your HR team. The employee is told that their request has been passed on.
