B2B lead qualification

A chatbot to qualify your B2B leads

The agent welcomes the visitors interested in your offer, understands their project — need, timeline, decision-makers, budget — without forcing anything on them, then gives them your booking link or your sales team's address.

Free · 30 conversations/month

Qualify a prospect the moment they show up

A visitor leaves their details at 11 p.m.; your sales rep calls back two days later, once they have compared other offers.

A prospect who asks a question in the evening or at the weekend expects an answer right away; a form only promises a call back. The agent presents your offer from what you wrote about it, asks its questions one at a time and lets the visitor skip those that do not interest them. Those who book a call already know what you offer.

Sample conversation

Visitor: We are looking for a tool for a team of 40.

Agent: When would you need it? I will then give you the link to book a call with our team.

Your booking link

What the agent does

  • Starts the conversation straight away, on your website or on WhatsApp.
  • Asks the qualifying questions one at a time — need, timeline, decision-makers, budget — without making any of them mandatory.
  • Gives your Calendly or Cal.com booking link, or your sales team's address.
  • Brings out the topics raised and the sentiment of conversations in analytics.

What the agent does not do

  • The agent does not rate your prospects and sends nothing to your CRM: the qualification is read in the conversation.
  • It does not put meetings in your calendar: it gives your Calendly or Cal.com link, and the visitor picks the time themselves.
  • It commits to no price, discount or commercial term missing from your documents: for a quote, it points to your team.
Starting point
The official lead qualification template, “Qualification de prospects”.
What you plug in
Your offer and your prices, your booking link, the widget on your website and WhatsApp.
Plan and channels
The widget is included from the Free plan; WhatsApp, from the Pro plan. On that plan, 3 agents let you keep sales conversations apart from customer support.

Setting it up, in four steps

  1. Start from the template

The lead qualification template, named “Qualification de prospects” in the application, asks for your company's name, a sentence that sums up your offer and your sales team's address. The Calendly or Cal.com link is optional.

  2. Describe your offer

Import your brochures, your product pages and your terms: the agent presents your offer from them, and gives no price or discount that is not written there.

  3. Give the next step

If you entered a booking link, the agent gives it to the visitor who wants to talk to your team; otherwise, it gives your sales team's address.

  4. Publish, then follow up

Publish the agent on your website, then on WhatsApp from the Pro plan. The Analytics screen shows the recurring topics and the sentiment of conversations.

Frequently asked questions

Which questions does the chatbot ask prospects?

It seeks to understand the visitor's project: their need, their timeline, who else decides and whether there is a budget. It asks these questions one at a time, as the conversation goes, and none is mandatory: a visitor who only wants to discover the offer can do so.

How does my sales team get back in touch?

The interested visitor gets your booking link or your sales team's address, and makes contact themselves. If you set a handover, your team is also alerted when a visitor asks to talk to someone: by an email with a link to the conversation, or in your support tool.

Does the chatbot work on WhatsApp?

Yes, from the Pro plan. You connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Cloud API, and the same agent answers on your website and on WhatsApp, with the same documents.
