Public information
A chatbot to inform the public
For a town hall, a local authority or an association: the agent answers questions on procedures, opening hours and documents to provide from your official pages, with a link to the right page.

Guide the public through its procedures
Documents to provide, deadlines, opening hours: a local authority or an association gets the same questions every day, and the answer often hides deep in its website.
The public's questions look alike from one day to the next, and their answers are already published, often several clicks away from the home page. An agent that has read your website finds them for the citizen, at any hour, and points to the official page, which remains the reference. Your front-desk team keeps its time for the requests that fall outside the usual.
Visitor: Which documents do I need for an identity card?

Agent: Proof of address, a recent ID photo and, for a renewal, your old card.

What the agent does
- Answers from your official pages, imported from your sitemap.
- Points to the exact page, with a clickable link.
- Guides step by step with questions and choices, in a no-code flow.
- Hands over to your front-desk team when a request is out of its scope.
What the agent does not do
- The agent does not replace your online services: it sends no application and makes no appointment. It points to the form or to the appointment page.
- It only reads the text of your documents: a scanned PDF or a poster saved as an image is not read.
- A page published after the import, or missing from your sitemap, is not picked up by itself: add it by its address.
- Starting point
- A blank agent, fed with your official pages.
- What you plug in
- Your website's sitemap, your PDF guides, the widget on your pages.
- Plan and channels
- One agent on your website's widget is enough, from the Free plan. The Pro plan adds WhatsApp and up to 3 agents: one for civil records and another for planning permission, for instance.
Setting it up, in four steps
Import your website
Give your website's sitemap: up to 500 pages per import, within your plan's document limit, read again every day or every week to keep up with their changes. Add your PDF guides.
Draw the frequent procedures
In the flow editor, with no code, chain questions and choices: “First application or renewal?”, then the matching list of documents.
Plan the handover
When a request falls outside its scope, the agent hands over to your front-desk team, through an email with a link to the conversation.
Publish on your website
Paste the widget's script on your pages. The agent answers in French, English or Arabic, depending on the language of the question.
Frequently asked questions
Does the chatbot give official information?
It answers from the pages and documents you give it, and points to the page its answer comes from. An anti-hallucination net, on by default, compares its answer with your documents and can remove what they do not confirm.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. You import your website through its sitemap, try the agent in the test space, then paste a script tag on your pages, as you would for an audience measurement tool.
In which languages does the agent answer the public?
It detects the language of each message and answers in French, English or Arabic: these are the three languages it fully supports.
