How it works

What happens between two calls.

Winaity Call absorbs the time an agent loses on ringing and answering machines when dialling manually, without pushing up the abandonment rate.

The journey

End to end, in eight steps.

  1. We load the leads

Import a CSV or Excel file. The application reads the headers, suggests column mapping and asks what to do with duplicates: skip, update or create anyway.

  2. We create the campaign

Lists, agents, supervisor, dialling mode and time range. The campaign stays a draft until a human launches it.

  3. The agent starts their shift

They open their session and allow their microphone: the phone works in the browser, with no physical handset. Their status changes to “Ready”.

  4. The engine decides how many calls to launch

Every second, it looks at the agents who are ready, the calls in progress and the recent answer rate. It is the heart of the product.

  5. Every number is checked

Do-not-call list, then time slot. A blocked number is not dialled; the block is logged and does not distort the statistics.

  6. The prospect answers

If answering machine detection is on, the answering machine is hung up on and classified without tying up an agent. Otherwise, the call waits in silence, with no music.

  7. The call goes to an agent

To the agent who has been ready the longest. If nobody becomes free within the configured time, the call is hung up and counted as abandoned.

  8. The agent qualifies

They choose a code from the campaign’s list. Until they have qualified the call, they receive no further calls. This code feeds the reports, the callbacks and the recycling of leads.

The brake that matters

When the abandonment rate over the last fifteen minutes exceeds the campaign’s threshold (3% by default), the engine halves its pace until it is back below the threshold. This rate is measured, not estimated: the application handles the telephony itself.

The difference

It is not a CRM with a “Call” button.

A CRM that dials

  • The agent chooses whom to call and clicks: the pace depends on them alone.
  • The software sends an instruction to a switchboard it does not control.
  • The agent has to deal live with answering machines, unanswered rings and wrong numbers.
  • Allowed hours and the do-not-call list rely on the team’s discipline.

Winaity Call

  • The pace is calculated: the software dials ahead to target an agent occupancy rate.
  • It drives the telephony server: extensions, failover, listening in, recording.
  • The agent only receives calls already answered by a person.
  • The do-not-call list and the time range are mandatory, and every block leaves a trace.
