The supervisor activates the campaign
Nothing goes out until the campaign is launched by a human: activating does not dial immediately.
Agents switch to “Ready”
The engine launches a first batch of calls, calculated from the observed answer rate.
A number on the do-not-call list is excluded
It is not dialled. The reason is recorded and timestamped.
An answering machine is detected, a human picks up
The answering machine is discarded without tying up an agent. The person is put on hold, then connected to a free agent whose screen already shows the record.
The agent qualifies, then moves on
They can schedule a callback, then automatically become available again.
And if nobody is free?
The call waits, then it is hung up and counted as abandoned. Beyond 3% abandoned calls, the dialling pace is halved.
Where the product is used
Five ways to use it, nothing to install.
The web application
The agent and supervisor workstation, with nothing to install on the computers.
The phone in the browser
The agent allows microphone access: no desk phone, a headset is enough.
The floor wallboard
The operations wall: rotating views, team ranking, alert banner.
The programming interface
To connect Winaity Call to your own tools.
The telephony server
Winaity Call drives the telephony itself: extensions, failover, listening in, recording.
What it doesn’t do
- No messages sent: neither email nor SMS.
- No automatic follow-up.
- No desk phone: a headset is required.
- No mobile app.
Your campaign, on our floor.
We replay it with your lists and your hours.
