How it works
From import to measurement.
Winaity Connect follows the same steps whatever the size of the send: import, segment, compose, send or automate, then measure. Here is what happens at each one.

The journey
One campaign, in five steps.
Import
Your contacts go into their brand’s organisation: each brand keeps its own contacts, roles, sending domain and billing. Every send then draws on the customer context already in the Suite.
Segment
Rule-based audiences group the contacts you want to reach. They are dynamic: you describe who to target instead of maintaining a list by hand.
Compose
A template from the library, then the content, with a live desktop and mobile preview. Two versions of the subject line can be tested on part of the audience: the winner goes to the rest.
Send or automate
A campaign goes into the weekly schedule; a scenario starts when the customer acts. Before anything leaves, reachable and excluded contacts are checked, and the send is spread out if needed.
Measure
Recipients, opens, clicks and bounces, against your goal. Each campaign report ends with a “Key takeaways” box for what comes next.
Measured per contact
Opens and clicks are read for each contact, not just for each send. Reports are available per campaign and per audience.
Automation
One scenario, in a single view.
One trigger, one condition, two outcomes: every branch can be read at a glance.
The trigger
An event linked to the customer starts the scenario: a welcome, a follow-up, an order. Nobody has to press “Send”.
The condition
It splits contacts into two branches, each with its own next step.
The outcomes
Each branch sends its message, by email or by SMS: both channels fit in the same scenario.
Under the hood
Reaching the inbox.
An unread email costs as much as a read one. Before the number of blocks in the editor, what counts is the share of messages that actually arrive.
Authenticated sending domains
SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so that your messages are recognised as coming from you.
Gradual ramp-up
Sending volumes increase gradually rather than all at once.
Infrastructure isolated per customer
Your sends do not share their infrastructure with another customer’s.
Dedicated tracking domain
Open and click tracking goes through a domain of your own.
