Use cases
Three scenarios that run on their own.
A cart left behind, a quote left unanswered, an appointment to remind: what Winaity Connect does at each step. These are typical scenarios, not customer results.

E-commerce · Abandoned cart
A cart left behind.
An online retailer wants to follow up with visitors who leave the site with a full cart, without chasing them one by one.
The cart is abandoned
The event triggers the scenario. Nothing needs starting by hand: the scenario waits for the customer to act.
A follow-up email goes out
Written once from a library template, it reminds the customer of the cart and leads back to the order.
One condition, two outcomes
The scenario splits contacts into two branches, for example those who ordered and the others. Each branch stays visible at a glance.
Measured contact by contact
Opens and clicks are read for each contact, and the campaign report says what to take away.
Services · Quote follow-up
A quote left unanswered.
A services company sends quotes and wants to follow up on those that get no reply, without having to remember each one.
The quote is sent
This event brings the contact into the follow-up scenario, with the customer context already in the Suite.
A follow-up email
It reminds the contact of the quote and offers to talk it through. Written once, it goes to every contact who enters the scenario.
SMS takes over
Email and SMS fit in the same scenario: one branch can send a short SMS to contacts who have not reacted.
The team knows who opened
Measurement is per contact: before calling back, the team sees who opened the email and clicked.
Appointments · SMS reminder
An appointment, reminded by SMS.
A practice or an agency that works by appointment wants fewer missed visits, with a message the customer reads on their phone.
The appointment is booked
The event brings the contact into the reminder scenario.
A condition picks the channel
Contacts reachable by SMS get an SMS, the others an email: two outcomes, in a single view.
The reminder goes out
A short message reminding the customer of the appointment. SMS messages are deducted from prepaid credits.
Every send is tracked
Each message sent shows up in the contact-level measurement, alongside that contact’s other campaigns.
Where do the events come from?
Every scenario starts from an event: a cart, a quote, an appointment. Which ones Connect receives in your case, and from which tool, is what we check with you during the demonstration.
Your scenario, on your contacts.
We walk through it with you in a demonstration.
